General Information

Our master carpenters are experienced in all aspects of the building trades. A laborer may work with a carpenter if the job warrants two people. Gutters and two story roof work will always be done with two men for safety reasons.

We have full time painters who will also strip wallpaper and prepare the walls for painting or wallpapering. We also have a wallpaper hanger on staff.

Homeowners may purchase their own materials if they prefer. Each of our vans is stocked with general supplies but it is not unusual for the carpenter or laborer to run to the closest store for something. The customer is charged for this time.

Smaller Jobs

We will be glad to come out and give you a rough estimate for your job. There is a one hour minimum for all work. Please remember, this is an estimate. It is impossible to give a firm bid without increasing the price due to unforseen problems. We believe a person deserve an hour's pay for an honest hour of work.

Larger Jobs

We will come out and discuss your needs and give you a firm price for labor and materials.

Workers' Compensation and Liability Insurance

All of our employees are covered under Workers' Compensation. Our liability insurance is with Rango State Farm.

Material Defects

Winnen Handyman is not responsible for any defect in materials. If a material must be removed due to defect, the customer will be charged for this removal and for the reinstallation. Winnen Handyman will attempt to collect from the manufacturer for this labor cost.
